GAMBBOOK is not a casino operator, does not operate casino games and does not participate in or take responsibility for players’ gaming wins or losses. GAMBBOOK is not a Virtual Gaming Machine (VGM), gaming terminal or gambling game.
GAMBBOOK is being developed as an intermediary participation platform designed to work with participating licensed casino operators, including physical casinos and licensed online/live-streaming casino operators. All gambling and gaming activity takes place directly with the relevant licensed casino operator and remains subject to that operator’s terms, player verification, eligibility requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
ITRF (Global) Ltd is working with specialist legal advisers to determine and establish the appropriate UK regulatory and licensing framework for GAMBBOOK, including any licence, approval or permission that may be required from the UK Gambling Commission before undertaking any activity for which regulatory authorisation is required.
